Gas Station Dance makes short AI videos from the photos you upload. By using the site you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live to use this service.

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to have their photos processed by AI to create this video. You must also have the right to use the photos.
Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone under 18.
No NSFW content: do not upload or use the service to create nudity, pornography, sexual activity, sexually explicit content or non-consensual intimate imagery.
Do not use the service to create violent or hateful content, harassment, or impersonation intended to deceive or harm someone.
You keep your rights to your photos. You allow us and our AI service providers to process them to make and deliver your video, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may refuse, stop or delete any video that breaks these rules, and close the account that made it.

You may download and share the videos made from your photos for personal, non-commercial use.
The dance and the song come from a public trend. We do not own them and cannot give you rights to them. Do not use the video in paid ads.
AI results vary. We cannot promise that every face, outfit or movement will look exactly like your photo.

Credits are bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
Credits never expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
A video costs 100 credits. If a video fails, the credits are returned automatically. See the Refund Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
