When credits and payments are refunded
Failed videos are refunded automatically
If a video fails for any reason — including when the AI rejects a photo — the 100 credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
Results you don't like
Each video uses real AI computing time, so we do not normally refund credits for a successfully delivered video solely because its creative result did not turn out the way you hoped. Clear, front-facing photos give the best results; see the photo tips on the home page.
If a problem with our service prevents you from accessing, downloading or playing your video, contact support so we can investigate.
Unused credits
Credits never expire. If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
